Barr’s Yard Hungerford: Successful application for change of use out side the settlement boundary of Hungerford to form Gateway development into the town to provide artisan community workshops. Our landscape and visual assessment was able to support the case for the development enhancing and reinforcing the edge of the town.
Chowle Farm Nursery, nr Faringdon: Our landscape and visual assessment was able to show that the change of use to a new commercial nursery and plant centre had an acceptable impact on the local landscape and visual receptors.
Great Lea Farm, Nr Reading: The landscape and visual impact assessment demonstrated to an appeal inspector that the proposed conversion of abandoned farm buildings to form a new commercial office development was not harmful to the open countryside south of Reading.
Sullom Mine Shetland: We undertook this feasibility study in Shetland to ascertain the impact in planning and economic, cultural heritage, ecological and landscape terms, of a major quarry extension. We undertook all necessary discussions with the planners and statutory consultees.
